7-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all components included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and resale reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Open-box items sold at a discounted price
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Used, assembled, or visibly worn products
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return approval and instructions from our team

If your return is approved, you may be asked to ship the item back following the instructions provided.

Important: Please use a sturdy outer shipping box when returning items. Do not use the original product box as the outer shipping package, as damage during transit may affect return eligibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or model:

  • Return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the item you prefer

This helps ensure your replacement item ships as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
